CBP informs the trade community that DCMA's Duty Free Entry eTool system was decommissioned and replaced by the PIEE platform as of January 15, 2023, and describes the new broker workflow for obtaining duty-free certificates. The change does not affect the requirement to submit duty-free certificates to CBP for duty-free treatment.
