CBP reported that PGA and Trade users are unable to access the AD/CVD App via the ACE portal References tab, with an alternative public message site link provided while the technical team works on a fix. A follow-up CSMS will be issued once the issue is resolved.

RESOLVED – Truck Inbond – Fix implemented for the Truck In-bond QP amendment post trip status issue.
CBP announced that a fix has been implemented to resolve a Truck In-bond issue where a QP amendment after trip arrival was incorrectly clearing the departure date and reverting the in-bond status to On File instead of En-route. The issue is now marked as resolved.
