Withhold Release Order (WRO) on Garments, Textiles, and Apparel Manufactured by Firemount Group Ltd. in Mauritius
CBP issued a Withhold Release Order effective November 18, 2025, against garments, textiles, and apparel manufactured by Firemount Group Ltd. in Mauritius due to reasonable indications of forced labor use, and will detain such shipments under 19 U.S.C. §1307. This is CBP's fourth WRO of 2025 and the agency now enforces 54 WROs and nine Findings related to forced labor.
