OFAC Issues General License Authorizing Certain Transactions with Respect to Seafood, Alcoholic Beverages and Non-Industrial Diamond Importations from the Russian Federation
CBP outlines documentation and entry procedures required to comply with OFAC General License No. 17, which temporarily authorizes certain Russian-origin seafood, alcoholic beverage, and non-industrial diamond imports under pre-existing contracts through March 25, 2022, after which the related Executive Order fully applies.
