GUIDANCE: Suspension of Duty-Free De Minimis Treatment for All Countries
CBP announces that effective August 29, 2025, duty-free de minimis treatment under 19 U.S.C. 1321(a)(2)(C) is suspended for goods from all countries per Executive Order, requiring formal or informal entry filings and rejecting Section 321 manifest and entry type 86 filings in ACE. Guidance is also provided on duty collection for international postal shipments pending further Federal Register procedures.
