Korea Steel Export Certificates
CBP reminds filers that a soft-reject edit remains in effect requiring valid KOSA Certificates of Export for Korean steel entries under certain 9903.80 HTSUS provisions, with a hard reject to be announced at least 15 days in advance if implemented. It also notes that 2020 KOSA certificates should include a 9-digit number in the section 15 field.
