Update to the Importer/Bond Query Record K1 OUTPUT Identifier set to Deploy August 14, 2025
CBP will deploy an ACE enhancement on August 14, 2025 to increase the Importer/Bond Query Record K1 OUTPUT identifier from 9 to 10 characters to support higher bond values, with prior deployment in the CERT environment.

FDA’s ITACS and Notice of FDA Action Update to FDA Line Numbering Format
CBP's update allowing up to 32 HTS codes per entry line has changed the entry line numbering format sent to FDA and other PGAs, affecting how line numbers display in FDA's ITACS system and on Notices of FDA Action. FDA recommends searching by entry number only in ITACS, as incorrect line number entry may return no results.

CPSC Documents Now Available in the ACE Portal
CBP announced that CPSC-issued documents, currently CPSC Form 354, are now accessible via a new 'PGA Documents' button in the ACE Portal for Broker and Filer accounts. Some older CPSC-354 forms were also posted to accounts when the feature was deployed on June 11, 2025.
