Facility Requirements for Bonded Warehouse Entries (19 CFR Part 144, Subpart B)
CBP reminds filers that Type 21/22 bonded warehouse entries require a valid FIRMS code designating an authorized bonded warehouse facility per 19 CFR 144.11(c), and that entries with missing or inaccurate codes will not be authorized for deposit until corrected, potentially resulting in delays or penalties.
