CBP provides updated guidance on the reciprocal tariff exclusions under Executive Order 14257 (as amended) for specified HTSUS headings/subheadings, effective April 5, 2025, instructing importers to report the secondary classification under heading 9903.01.32 and to correct entries or seek refunds via post summary correction or protest as applicable.

CBP acknowledges that HTS 9903.0125, referenced in a prior CSMS message for goods in transit during a specific window subject to country-specific additional duty rates, is not being accepted in the system, and advises filers to submit cargo release separately and follow up with summary filing until the issue is resolved.
Malformed QR Codes for ACE Truck Manifest
