Initiation of Antidumping Duty Investigations: Methylene Diphenyl Dissocyanate from the People’s Republic of China
CBP announces that Commerce initiated an antidumping duty investigation on Methylene Diphenyl Diisocyanate (MDI) from China, assigning case number A-570-200 and outlining the scope of merchandise covered. Importers are advised that entries made after initiation may be retroactively subject to antidumping duties.
