CBP announces that starting September 19, 2024, the USDA AMS AM8 tariff flag for organic filing requirements will be enforced with reject severity in ACE Production, up from warning severity; AM7 flags remain at warning severity.

CBP is aware of ACE truck manifest transactions receiving rejections for 'BL Not on File or Deleted' and/or 'Trip Number does not Exist,' and is investigating the issue. A follow-up CSMS will be issued once resolved.
Updates to ACE CATAIR Entry Summary Create/Update and Error Dictionary – Section 201 Bifacial Certification

CBP reminds trade users that beginning June 27, 2024, several ACE Reports data universes (Trade Remedy, Drawback, PGA Message Set, Protest) will require a mandatory Company ACE ID prompt, and existing scheduled reports must be updated or they will fail; additional universe rollout dates were also adjusted.
