CBP announces that Commerce initiated antidumping and countervailing duty investigations on 2,4-Dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) and its salts/esters from China and India, assigning case numbers and describing the scope of merchandise covered. Importers are cautioned that entries made after initiation could later become subject to AD/CVD duties.
