FDA's Prior Notice System is experiencing a technical outage affecting processing of Prior Notices, with submissions queued and confirmations delayed until the system is fixed; filers are asked not to resubmit.
Resolved - Users may have Issues launching Legacy ACE Portal applications.
CBP announced that an issue preventing users from launching Legacy ACE Portal applications from the ACE Mod Portal has been resolved and service is back to operational. New ACE portal applications and EDI messaging were not impacted.
