CBP announced that a USDA mango promotion fee inadvertently removed from certain HTS numbers has been restored and is now in effect, with a note that the fee does not apply to frozen mango.

CBP updated the draft ACE CATAIR PGA Message Set, changing the APHIS Lacey country code from XO to XZ in CERT, with all recent changes expected to deploy to production on March 20, 2021.
