UPDATE – Reciprocal Tariff Rate for China
CBP announces continued suspension of the China-specific reciprocal tariff heading until November 10, 2025, with covered Chinese-origin goods (including Hong Kong/Macau) remaining subject to a 10% reciprocal tariff, plus a separate 20% IEEPA opioid-related duty for non-exempt goods.

CBP reminds trade that on August 12, 2025 it will deploy the third and final release of the Section 321 De Minimis $800 aggregation enhancement to ACE Production, which will withhold release of ineligible de minimis shipments once the threshold is met. A post-deployment support call is scheduled for August 19.
