CBP updates guidance on de minimis duty requirements under Executive Order 14256, noting a modified duty rate of 54% ad valorem or $100 flat rate on covered international mail shipments from China/Hong Kong effective May 14, 2025, and reiterates that non-mail low-value shipments must be entered under appropriate ACE entry types.
Guidance – Modifying Reciprocal Tariff Rate for China
