Food and Drug Administration (FDA): Retirement of Subclass Y in Industry Code 54
FDA is retiring Subclass Code Y under Industry Code 54, requiring filers to use another applicable subclass code, with the change taking effect December 12, 2023 after which use of Subclass Y will result in a rejection.
